We are working hard to produce an excellent cup of coffee. The coffee from the Ebersole Family Coffee farm in central Honduras is softly acidic, with hints of caramel and peanut flavors and a clean round body. For us its a daily staple.
Available on our website today is our harvest from the 2015-2016 season. It cupped at 83.25.
We are in the middle of the 2016-2017 harvest season now.
