While we are not organic certified, we do use regenerative farming practices and use chemicals and sprays sparingly.

Consistent roasts every time

We carefully roast each batch in a Diedrich 12KG roaster by observing and smelling the coffee as it heats up. This roaster is also equipped with several heat sensors. With Artisan software, we meticulously track each roast to ensure a consistent and thorough roast for all of our different coffee roasts.

Since we roast on demand, it may take several days from when you order till we are able to get your coffee shipped.
